Add a CommentA thought-provoking exploration of the relationship between mothers, fathers and daughters. Is the plot like a giant wheel with the ocean-spawned girl coming around to confront her young adult self?
Beautiful, mesmerizing and very touching film. It seamlessly drifts between reality and surrealism. Its aesthetics reminded me that of the "Diving Bell and Butterfly".
