A classic. 💄 Supposed to be humorous. I enjoy Marilyn’s dramas more. She was silly with spectacles 👓 and not caring which Rockefeller she wanted to marry. Bacall appeared too intelligent to be a bimbo.

GOOD 1953 romantic comedy starring three familiar/famous Hollywood ladies - and several Hollywood men.
Some of the gold diggers plot/episodes are a bit whack - and a part of old time 40's/50's views on how romance/money do and don't get…

💵 Well, I did NOT find out how to marry a millionaire, a question that's been on my mind for some time. When Money comes in the do', Love flies out the window. But, it was a light, frothy, entertaining flick, with plenty of gorgeous women…

What a disappointment! I remember looking at this cast, seeing Marilyn Monroe, Betty Grable and Lauren Bacall as the three leading ladies and thinking, "Wow, this ought to be great."
Well, the "wow" turned to "yawn" and "groan" too many…

Despite its Cinemascope panoramas of skylines and mountaintops, Technicolor haute couture, and the combined star power of its three lead actresses, Jean Negulesco’s lightweight comedy (based on three different plays) is ultimately all…

This movie is so great! Even though it stars sexy MM, it can still be viewed by all ages! Monroe proved herself to be quite a funny lady in this film and is a fine balance along with the other two leading ladies, Lauren Bacall (Bogey's…

A fun, frivolous 1950s comedy about three women trying to land rich husbands. It's awfully silly, but the Technicolor pops on blu-ray and the performances from Monroe (playing a glasses-adverse nearsighted character), Bacall and the always…

This contrived and completely unfunny 1950s comedy about 3 NYC fashion models conniving and gold-digging was one of the worst Chick Flicks that I've seen in a long time._____ Put plain and simple, this film's storyline stank. Being neither…
