"On the wildly popular podcast "Girl on Guy," comedian and actress Aisha Tyler asks her guests to recount moments from their lives when they've done something boneheaded, ill conceived, dangerous, or just plain stupid...to themselves. In Self-Inflicted Wounds, Aisha turns the lens on herself-recounting her most egregious mistakes--to hilarious result. Laugh out loud funny, and totally relatable, Self-Inflicted Wounds highlights a new comedic voice on the rise"--

Not sure why the rating is so low, I thought it was hilarious! Funny footnotes...yes some stories about drinking but who didn't in college? Nice to hear she was so awkward

We all do stupid things. Tyler writes her stories about all of the times she has brought on her own troubles in a quite humorous fashion. There were a few more drunken stupidity stories than I would have liked, but her humility in admitting what a stupid, arrogant teenager she was made up for that.

I like her, aAnd she's entertaining as well.nd her risk-taking, take-no-prisoners, persisting, smart life.
