massive tome detailing all aspects of the war.

It starts at the beginning and follows GIAP through wars I, II and III.

great high-level explaination of what is happening..

then, in the chap on the Tet Offensive... he starts blaming.. the LIBERALS and the MEDIA!!

calls them traitors and pacifists!! says we lost because the reporters declared that Tet was a lost battle. and because Johnson was a pussy.

lol.. I was only ten then so I don't know. but why were we there in the first place? This book was written in 1988 so he should have known that we had no good reason to oppose the Vietnamese from taking their own country.
