Silicon Vally, a made for TV comedy series held my interest. It is tacky, was some depricating humour. I give it three out of five stars. I will watch the ire series. Although there isnt a lot of episodes in each season. It reminded me of Trailer Park Boys.
Silicon Valley is personally one of my favorite shows to this day for various different reasons. First of all, the show has incredible casting which is not only believable based on the characters but also impressive in itself, since the actors perfectly embody everything that Silicon Valley truly is. As well, the script makes perfect sense and has comedic twists and turns which often leave me in tears from laughing so hard. I wish I had more words to describe the true brilliance of this show, however that is something that I would like to leave up to the viewers since this show is a must-see. Whether you're one of the nerdy computer types from Silicon Valley, or an everyday-Joe, this show has something for you.

It is good. But I'm unable to say why... Final episodes very strong.
Great characters, great writing, perfectly nerdy. I have a geek crush on everyone, except Guilfoyle.
Well-written, well cast. It will be very tough to maintain the groove, weaving humor and computer culture among characters who are authentic and occasionally almost likeable. Interesting that the one true pariah in the crowd is the Canadian!
Mike Judge's understanding of the software community is uncanny. Silicon Valley is what "The Big Bang Theory" claims to be. Whereas TBBT is just "Married With Children" with more Star Trek jokes, Silicon Valley is clever, original, sharply critical, and often extremely funny. The characters are all extreme (in the "Newhart" style) but they are all completely recognizable to anyone who has worked in the software industry. The second season has focussed more on drama than comedy. This first season builds to an absurd and brilliant finale.
Much like Mike Judge's other work, King of the Hill and Office Space, the comedy writing likes to involve "observations" and parody; whether sharp or not, I rarely find them funny. That and the lead character's complete lack of business acumen and constant anxiety were annoying as hell. After 3 episodes, I had enough.
Mike Judge can do no wrong in my eyes. These guys are funny.
If you love The Big Bang , this one is for you. I laughed so hard I was crying.
