I'm working my way through but so far it is a pretty good cook book. Best cheesecake I've every made. VERY clever way to make caramel. Note for any other physicists worried about boiling the can of condensed (NOT evaporated) milk -- it didn't explode and the caramel was perfect. I still recommend covering the pot though.
