This book by Dr Richard Miller gathers many fascinating interviews with pioneers at the forefront in the field of clinical trials of psychedelic compounds, including LSD, MDMA, Psilocybin and Ayahuasca. Folks like Dennis McKenna, Stanislav Grof, and MAPS founder Rick Doblin are some of the most interesting. There are currently many on-going trials with incredible success rates for PTSD treatments, one of them undertaken by MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychdelic Studies, founded by Rick Doblin) using MDMA.

The book is mainly a collection of interviews gathered over the years through Richard's radio show and podcast (Mind, Body, Health & Politics) which I highly recommend for those who are interested. The main take-away of this book is how much potential this field of research holds for the public benefit, but also how much we have been lied to over the years, and the consequences of that. One the biggest being an increasing rate of incarceration for youth, subsequently haunting their lives, as well as the rise of Big Pharma medicine that is used to zombify the masses through a network of co-opted and corrupted doctors, physicians and academics under their payroll.
The best we can do is to open our minds to the reality of things, and support the scientific endeavours that's going to transform our societies, the same way Nikola Tesla's discoveries have forever changed how we live today.
