This book was wonderfully written, adding historical details and drawing attention to a quite unknown part of WWII history through the espionage story of Odette. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in real-life spies and their sacrifices.

Odette is a woman of fierce determination in this adaptation of her life of service and dedication to both her home country of France and her adopted home of England during WWII. Her bravery in the face of espionage, betrayal, torture and starvation should be celebrated.

This was an excellent book - what a brave woman she was! I couldn't put the book down.

Wonderful book about the woman who was WWll''s most highly decorated spy. I had never heard of this Odette, but the author makes the entire story come alive! It reads like a cracking good spy novel, but it's all true.
