So good!!! It was super funny, Trevor Noah tells us about his child hood. It is such a great book and he also teaches us about apartheid. I would definitely suggest it to any one!!!
Summary:Trevor Noah is a child growing up with the struggles in a South African childhood. Where it’s illegal for a black person and a white person to be married or have a kid. But Noah was born mixed, born a crime. His mother taught him a lot of languages to be able to speak to many tribes. This book has a collection of stories from his childhood such as school the different race groups. His dj disaster. Trevor Noah has to live through apartheid where being white is a privilege and being black is not. Trevor was Born a crime.
Reflection: This book teaches you important history of South Africa and what it was like to be born a crime. I would recommend this to 11-99 year olds because there is important history to be learned. 5 out of 5 stars amazing book!
This is such a great book! In my opinion, it should be required reading for all middle school students.
The book this is taken from is wonderful. Trevor's mother is a miracle. I can't wait to see the movie.
