During March 1985, the groundfish program of the Pacific Biological Station conducted their annual biological survey of Pacific hake (Merluccius productus) and walleye pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) stocks in the Strait of Georgia. This is an on-going study to monitor the spawning concentrations of these fish. In addition, biological data were collected from spiny dogfish (Squalus acanthias) This report presents the set location data and summarizes the results of the catch composition and the biological sampling.
