Strategy for the Development of the Cariboo Section of the Gold Rush TrailMicroform - 1987
A tourist development strategy for that part of the Gold Rush Trail between Cache Creek and Barkerville. The process involved a general inventory of tourism resources of the Cariboo section of the Trail based on published reports and site visits; identification of tourism opportunities, issues and constraints through consultation with local entrepreneurs and representatives of the local and provincial governments; attendance at meetings in the communities of the Cariboo to identify the preferred projects; and a review of the draft report with business and local government.
