Provisions for Women in B.C. Union ContractsMicroform - 1977
The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which unions in British Columbia, with significant female membership, are attempting to meet the needs of their female membership and deal with the problem of discrimination against women in the workplace. It looks at the union's collective agreement as the vehicle for the assessment of these goals.
