Add a CommentThis book is a tough read, but it is very relevant to today's humanitarian crises, especially Libya today. It discusses in detail the quandry about whether an aid agency can really be neutral, and how aid and politics and questions of human rights are always intertwined. In the author's opinion, suffering may only increase if conditions are put on humanitarian assistance.
