Another 1st time viewing for me, this 1968-shot movie is a wild mix of cinéma-vérité and actual footage of police brutality in front of the Chicago Hilton during the Democratic convention. It’s uneven, but worth it.
Watching the extras was quite educational, and it helped explain what and why the movie was portraying.
Perhaps the most important film made during the late '60's. Butterfield and Zappa on the soundtrack!! The last 10 minutes, intense!!
