Correction to previous comment:
Holland/The Netherlands originally proclaimed neutrality when war broke out in 1939, but Germany invaded anyway. On May 15, 1940, the day after the bombing of Rotterdam, Dutch forces surrendered. The Netherlands was placed under German occupation, in some areas until German surrender in May 1945.

The Nazis, under Hitler's Third Reich, controlled Germany from 1933 to 1945.

Please note the errors in this book, Holland was not neutral, and the Nazis didn't control
Germany until 1949. Can a note be added to all copies?
