As is common with too many books about art, the text is rather bland and the real value is in thoughtfully looking at the pictures. In this case its not so easy to do because the dimensions of the art are huge, and one can only see it in a comparatively small image in the book. I most liked the works "Reflection" p11, "Grand Riviere" p.27, "Stag" p.43, "Charley's Space" p.57, "Swamped" p.72, and "The architect's home in a ravine" on page 76.
