Fundamentally, I believe Stiglitz is a decent fellow, just woefully short in the areas of arithmetic and pattern analysis (and also common link analysis). The guy just doesn't have the learning curve for anything complex. . .but at least he finally realized that the World Bank was a scam of the super-rich.
