The Carnation Creek experimental watershed is a multi-disciplinary long-term ecocsystem study which has three basic objectives: to establish a strong understanding of processes and interactions, physical and biological, in a small watershed in a west coast rain forest area; to obtain information on the effects of specified logging and post-logging treatments on such a system; and to communicate information to forest and fishery managers and planners in order to improve planning of activities within watersheds. This report brings together, corrects, and updates most of the data on studies of fish populations for the period July 1970 to December 1980.--Includes text from document.
