Deadliest Volcanoes --- DVD --- Nova. Are there volcanoe groupies? I bet there are. This DVD with beautiful photography and some animation will really cause an eruption of glee for them. What`s in this DVD. Of course, there are the usual bevy of lava-spewing bad-ass mountains: Vesuvius and Stromboli (sounds like a Sicilian law firm) but there’s also that Icelandic volcano with the unpronounceable name that brought North Atlantic air travel to a halt. And what about Mount Shasta? And then, most ominous of all there’s the volcano without a name because it isn’t a volcano, just a plume (sound innocent enough) beneath Yogi Bear’s park. Watching this video is an hour well spent.

1 hr documentary, very interesting regarding new technologies being used to determine/investigate magma flow-timing-explosive nature...
