This is a great book! And children are much more likely to "get" the surreal than adults, so it is perfect for young artists.

This is a whimsical and humorous book. I read it for a children's storytime. The audience found that the illusions created by flipping the "magic" pages were interactive, suspenseful, and creative.

I fun book that would be a great lead in to talking about surrealism, art and Rene Magritte with children. Perfect right before a trip to the museum or gallery.
