This light-hearted cookbook offers 150 'street food' recipes from food trucks around the United States. Nice photographs, location maps, background information and tips, and an index make this book a joy to browse, take into the kitchen, and to go in search of the nearest food truck. The concluding essay by the author is worth reading especially if you are contemplating starting a food truck business.
