I like this workout mainly for its simple and effective choreography, along with the optional expert advice as one of the selective menus. In the back of my mind I thought adding weight to any step aerobic workout would help me burn more calories. Not true. The expert on this film says that it only adds that much more strain to your body and it is not recommended as your body's weight alone is enough for this particular workout. Also, I enjoyed this because anyone can do it. Even if you're intermediate or advance you are still getting a good workout because the moves are not stupidly complex but enough to tax your stamina. The only thing that I did not like was the ab and upper body routines; they were not long enough.
