This author has shot to the top of my list as one of my favorites. Although I'm usually into fantasy, I'm really enjoying this mystery series. She really points up some of the culture shock differences between Western and Eastern (India's) society that I've never considered. And the mystery is very good too, thought provoking and not gory. No loose ends either, a very satisfying read.
