Fantastic find. A lawyer with integrity and passion. Now that is hard to find. A series with great philosophical questions and well portrayed by the cast. Was a shame there were only 3 series, could have done with another 3!

Watched all 3. Excellent depiction of 18th C conditions, law, injustice...Garrow is responsible for the laws we enjoy today. He went unrecognized for nearly 150 years until 1992. Actual records taken from The Old Bailey. Excellent acting - men looking stupid awful in wigs - thankfully a passing phase.

This is a wonderful series,.. an authentic- production-values 'time machine' ! If only there were more episodes,.. and evin more 'bonus extras' about the legal procedures at that time.

This series is brilliant from start to finish. Based on the true story of William Garrow who, in the late 18th century, forever changed the law to recognize the rights of defendants, it resonates even into the 21st century. Superb acting, directing, and dialogue. Superior to most of the junk out there. My only negative is that there is not a Series 4, or 5, or more.

There is plenty of personal drama as well as interesting legal cases in Garrow's Law, Series 3. Unfortunately this is the final season of Garrow's Law because the BBC cancelled the series. Garrow's cases include one that establishes a new precedent for legal insanity. Another case involves the destruction of property by two clothing weavers where one defendent turns against the other. The legal rights of citizens of British colonies are explored when a Trinidad house servant is tortured for allegedly stealing money. Garrow's personal safety is at stake during a murder trial that involves corrupt police constables. Finally, Garrow's personal life becomes chaotic when Lady Sarah fails to gain custody of her son and the health of his friend, mentor and solicitor Southouse is in jeopardy.

Any loyal fan of _Garrow's Law_ will absolutely love the final season of the series. The acting is, as usual, superb, and the stories are interesting. What a shame that the BBC cancelled this spectacular show! Highly recommended.
