Tons of international recipies including Indian, Ethiopian, and Central American classics.

As an avid foodie and vegan, this is one of the best vegan cookbooks I've found. The recipes are sometimes challenging and require trips to food stores other than Stop and Shop, but the payoff is wonderful. Lots of diversity in the food, color, and new tastes. You must try it!
