The Perfect Hope
Large Print - 2012
The Montgomery brothers have been the talk of Boonsboro, ever since they decided to renovate the old inn into an intimate and handsome new bed and breakfast. Beckett and Owen have both found love in the process, but what of Ryder, the third Montgomery brother? He's surly and unsociable, but when he straps on a tool belt, no woman can resist his sexy swagger. Except apparently Hope Beaumont, the innkeeper of his own Inn BoonsBoro. And though the Inn is running smoothly, thanks to Hope's experience and unerring instincts, her big-city past is about to make an unwelcome, and embarrassing, appearance. Seeing Hope vulnerable stirs up Ryder's emotions and makes him realize that while Hope may not be perfect, she just might be perfect for him.

Add a CommentThis was my favorite Nora Robert trilogy! I loved the characters, the ghost, and having the Battle of Antietam being wound into the story. It makes me want to visit Boonsboro and see the refurbished bed and breakfast. All three books were easy to read and fun to enjoy.
I love NR books and this is the first one I've read with a lot of F-bombs. Nora, if anyone, could have gotten the brothers' images across without the language. Other than that, I really enjoyed the easy, feel-good read. I haven't read the first two books in this trilogy and am thinking about it because I know they would be good, too, but if the other two have a lot of F-bombs then maybe I'll pass.
Cute story and characters but the plot was very simple, little drama, less mushy stuff. I'd keep it for "camp" reading if nothing else to do.
I see others really liked this book. Believe me I am an avid Nora Roberts fan but, to me, this book felt more like the one star category. The only reason I kept reading was because I was fresh out of other reading material!
Roberts doesn't disappoint; just the right amount of obstacles to keep the energy going until the happy ever afters. The plot is believable, even though the main character gives up what we all supposedly aspire to in terms of luxury and fame, to start over with good friends, a slower pace and a humbler venue.
Loved the story. Sorry this was the last of Trilogy series.
This was a really cool trilogy. It was kinda like the gardening trilogy, but with guys instead of gals. There were a few similarities, but enough differences to make it a good, fresh read. Definitely a page turner with characters that will pull you right into the book with them.
so sad this is the last book in the inn boonsboro trilogy. this has been my favorite series since the bride quartet. love the romance, the characters, the inn, the "ghost" and the town life. wish the series could have gone on even longer. just such fun summer reading!
nice finish to the series
This is definitely my favorite book of the series. She wraps it up well and the conclusion of the ghost plot is to die for....pun intended. The relationships she builds between her characters and lasting ones. I dare readers to not fall in love with one of the brothers. Its tough for me, but I think Ryder comes out on top...barely. :) Definitely a read-again!!
