Add a CommentNot sure if this is a documentary on racism in Brooks, or a promotionary video for XL Packers. As someone who used to live in Southern Alberta, XL was busted on human rights a few years ago for paying less to immigrant employees than to Canadian employees doing the same work.
But hey, by bringing in immigrant workers, they're doing good right? Even if they are doing it so that they can pay less.
