LOVED this film!
Mary Pickford was was a groundbreaking film star whose many films are worth watching. This documentary was done very much in the style of Kevin Brownlow's "Hollywood" series on silent movie stars. Michael York does a great job as the narrator of this very interesting tale of Pickford's humble beginnings in Toronto to her status as queen of Hollywood. Recommended.
