L'homme au traîneau

Book - 2012 | French
Rate this:
The story of a sled of Louis XV of France to Canada, over several generations and several times, upsetting the lives of its owners. In the beginning, a young curator of the Museum of Fine Arts Montreal aims to reconstruct the history of old sled. Through a series of searches as spooky as tortuous, it is a real investigation extending from the eighteenth to the twenty-first century, from London to Paris, via Montreal on the Anglophone and Francophone bourgeoisie of the late nineteenth century, Ottawa.
