This book was a great accidental find. It is a fast, but to the point short read. It gave me the critical missing link in losing weight/fitness that I was missing - changing my mindset. With the information I got from this great little book I am having great success in actually implementing the eating plan from the new Bob Harper book, Super Carb Diet, and the fitness plan from the new Danica Patrick book, Pretty Intense. Very excited about the changes I will see in the new year.
