An excellent read. EXTREMELY informative and helpful. He is all about the Science and studies and does not let personal opinion sway his advice in any way. He keeps it light while injecting witty humour throughout and gives you a practical way to utilize the research he discusses. He dives deep into what makes us sick and what can improve and even reverse disease and obesity. He starts the book by giving a history of food and where it has come from and even how industry picks music, shelf height and other methods to make you buy their processed garbage. RECOMMEND HIGHLY <3 If you're struggling, don't blame yourself; just know we are programmed to eat as much calorically dense food as possible and industry manipulates this instinct. Great read! A whole food plant based diet allowed me to lose weight and balance my hormones so it's worth it. Happy Reading<3
