I have wondered about this, the 2004 election, and also the 2000 election, for years. Someone mentioned this book in an entry on Facebook by an election specialist. I am very glad the SPL has it because it is expensive on Amazon. The Republican Party got away with stealing two elections--no wonder Trump is upset. Obviously the Party dropped the ball this time. Thank goodness.
