Unnatural Law

Rethinking Canadian Environmental Law and Policy
Dec 27, 2010ilanaaq rated this title 5 out of 5 stars
This is one of the most useful books on an environmental topic that I have ever seen. Boyd shows the good and the bad sides of Canadian environmental law, and backs up everything he says with facts and examples. The notes and references pages of this book account for nearly a quarter of the book's total page count, but the text of the book is very accessible, even to someone without a law background (like me). If you want a solid book on where we're at with Canadian environmental law, and where we need to go to fix it, this is an excellent book I highly recommend.
