I've listened to earlier Harry Potter books narrated by Jim Dale. In early books he pronounces Voldemort with a silent T...voldemor, the way it would be pronounced if it were a French name. In this book, the Half-Blood Prince, the final T is restored. I wonder if the French officially or unofficially objected. On a different matter,at least half a dozen times in this text, and perhaps in the texts of other books by Rowling, the word COMPRISE is used where COMPOSE is wanted. If you are a parent, be sure to point this out to your young listeners lest they pick up the bad habit.Comprise and compose are NOT synonymous.
