I read extensively about World War II, but had never read a book devoted exclusively to Eva Braun Hitler. I learned a great deal about Eva, but there was a lot of repetition, i.e. the book could have stood some editing and I found the author's stories about her own family in Germany to be unnecessary. This personal information revealed next to nothing of any significance and seemed to be purely self-serving. It diminished the author's credibility with me. 500 pages was way more than I needed to know about Ms. Braun. Cannot recommend. Kristi & Abby Tabby
