I think I would have liked this documentary more if I was a fan of sushi and fish, which I am neither. I found it difficult to imagine working a lifetime on perfecting something that is so unappealing to me. ;-) While I admire his single-minded devotion to his craft, I don't find him to be a well-rounded person /someone I would want to emulate.
