This was a huge disappointment. There's a monster on the cover. I expected -- nay, I checked it out hoping for some great monster-dinosaur-esque mayhem -- and instead got....humans are the worst. Which is fine, if that's what you're reading for, but I was reading for some good ole kaiju chaos and ... yeah, total letdown. Not a single human-monster conflict in the pages. Plus, the POV is from a 12yo, I think, so ... not exactly adult fare, but not exactly MG. Maybe YA, for descriptions of when the large dinos do attack and eat one of the massive herbivores.
